1.2 Modifications – We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any of our Services at our sole discretion. We will notify clients of significant changes where possible.
1.3 Third-Party Services – Some of our Services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or software. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Information & Cooperation – Clients must provide accurate information, access credentials, and any necessary materials to complete the project. Delays due to missing information will not be our responsibility.
2.2 Content Ownership – Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content (images, text, videos, etc.) provided for use in the project. We are not liable for any copyright infringement claims.
2.3 Approval & Revisions – Clients must review and approve work within agreed timelines. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES
3.1 Pricing & Quotes – All pricing will be outlined in a formal proposal or invoice. Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change.
3.2 Payment Terms – Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.
3.3 Refunds – Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Ownership – Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise specified. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
4.2 Licensing – Any third-party software, fonts, or resources used in a project may be subject to licensing agreements that clients must comply with.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 No Guarantee of Results – While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as traffic increases, sales conversions, or social media engagement.
5.2 Service Interruptions – We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or losses resulting from third-party platforms, hosting services, or unforeseen technical failures.
5.3 Indemnification – Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from their use of our Services.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 Non-Disclosure – Both parties agree to keep any confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
6.2 Data Protection – We comply with applicable data protection laws and take reasonable steps to secure client data.
7. TERMINATION
7.1 Termination by Client – Clients may terminate services with prior written notice. However, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
7.2 Termination by Company – We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical conduct.
7.3 Effect of Termination – Upon termination, any outstanding invoices must be paid immediately, and all provided materials must cease use if not fully paid for.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
